12.1 The cost of an annual subscription for each course is €595 inclusive of VAT. If you are a Customer, you agree to pay the €595 and hereby authorise us to charge your credit card for such fees. If your credit card is declined, you agree to pay us the fees within thirty (30) days of notification from us. All payments are made to Prescription Revision Ltd.
13.1 THE WEBSITE IS AVAILABLE TO ALL USERS "AS IS" AND, TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE IS MADE AVAILABLE WITHOUT ANY REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
